how it works
1. Official sources, no noise
We periodically poll official portals and feeds: the Italian Official Gazette, the State Property Agency, the PVP judicial sales portal, ISMEA, the French SAFER, Cerema's Cartofriches inventory, the BOE auctions and the regional land banks. Every listing links back to the original source.
2. Tailored alerts
Each place is classified by type (land, building, derelict site…) and by topic. Save a search in the catalog — even a geographic one, with a radius around a town or address — and get an email when something relevant appears.
3. Members only
The full catalog is for members: open registration, activated after a small PayPal contribution. The admin can grant free access at will.
